Refund policy

EXCHANGES
You may request an exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability) with free shipping, but not for a different model. Free shipping for size or color exchanges is limited to one per order.

To request an exchange, follow these steps:

Exchanges within Spain and the EU

  1. Contact us: send us an email at “correo” including your order number and specifying the item you wish to exchange and the one you would like instead.
  2. Prepare the package: you may use the original packaging or any other secure packaging.
  3. Shipping: send the package to our facilities. Shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service by emailing “nomathebrand@gmail.com” with your name, surname, and order number.

The fastest way to receive your new item is to return the unwanted item and, once the return has been processed, place a new order separately.


RETURNS
The return process is similar to exchanges. You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Returns will be processed with free shipping only if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to request a return?

  3. Shipping: send the package to our facilities. Shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or damaged items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 days of delivery if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This will allow us to assess the issue and provide a solution as soon as possible.
Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Sale items
We accept returns on sale items; however, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Free returns do not apply to discounted products.
Sale items may be returned for a size exchange.
Shipping costs will be covered by the buyer. The exchange value will correspond to the price paid at the time of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether it has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
